27. Not later than 90 days after the day on which all the parties’ evidence and arguments concerning the alleged violation of the code of ethics and conduct were presented to the member designated under section 22.1, the Commission must send its decision to the council member and the municipality or, if the inquiry is still under way, inform the council member of the progress of the inquiry and the date on which the Commission will send its decision.

27. The Commission must, not later than 90 days after the day on which the council member was informed of the inquiry in accordance with section 22, send its decision to the member and the municipality or, if the inquiry is still under way, inform the council member of the progress of the inquiry and the date on which the Commission will send its decision.

27. The Commission must, within 90 days after the day on which the request was referred to it under section 22, send its decision to the council member concerned, the person who made the request, the municipality and the Minister or, if the inquiry is still underway, inform the council member, the person who made the request and the Minister of the progress of the inquiry and the date on which it will send its decision.
