2. The shares of the company shall be part of the domain of the State and are allotted to the Minister of Finance.

2. The shares of the company shall be part of the public domain and are allotted to the Minister of Finance.

2. No dividend shall be declared or paid on the deferred-dividend shares as long as they are not converted into common shares.
The holders of deferred-dividend shares shall be entitled to such conversion in accordance with the provisions relating thereto in the letters patent of the company.
