11. The Government shall, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, designate a person to represent him, as a shareholder, at any meeting of the company.

11. At any meeting of the shareholders of the company, Her Majesty, as a shareholder, shall be represented by the minister designated by the Government for such purpose or by any other person appointed by such minister in writing for such purpose; subsection 3 of section 103 of the Companies Act shall not apply to the minister so designated or to his proxy.
