1. The authorized capital stock of Sidbec, a legal person constituted under Part I of the Companies Act (chapter C-38), shall be $800 000 000, divided into 80 000 000 common shares of a par value of $10 each.

It is divided into 56 500 000 common shares of a par value of $10 each and 56 500 000 deferred-dividend shares of a par value of $10 each.
