The first marketing sector is formed by the representatives who pursue activities for a firm or a mutual fund dealer or scholarship plan dealer registered in accordance with Title V of the Securities Act (chapter V-1.1) that is an authorized deposit institution, a bank, an authorized foreign bank or an authorized trust company.
