36. (Repealed).
36. Any information obtained by the Minister in the application and carrying out of this act and the regulations is confidential and shall not be communicated or accessible to a person not legally entitled thereto, except with the authorization of the person concerned or in any other case provided for by Government regulation.
However, communication of such information for the purposes of study, research or statistics may be authorized by the Minister, provided that the anonymity of the person concerned is respected.
