35. On the report of the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Land Occupancy to the effect that it is not in the interest of the municipality that the sinking fund be administered by the Minister of Finance, the Government may authorize that a fund required to redeem bonds issued or repay a loan contracted by that municipality be otherwise invested.

35. The Government, upon the report of the Minister of Municipal Affairs, Regions and Land Occupancy to the effect that it is advisable and in the interest of the municipality that the sinking fund be deposited elsewhere than in the office of the Minister of Finance, or be otherwise invested, may authorize that the sinking fund required to redeem an issue of bonds made, or to repay a loan contracted, by that municipality, be deposited elsewhere than in the office of the Minister of Finance or be otherwise invested.
