9.1. For the purposes of this Act, a person applying for the registration of a transfer must present to the registrar, in addition to the documents required for the registration, a copy, authenticated or not, of the deed of transfer, and a copy, authenticated or not, of the summary or extract if the application is made by means of such documents, and the declaration provided for in the second paragraph of section 9.
Where the deed of transfer concerns immovables situated in the territory of more than one municipality, the applicant must present one copy for each municipality.
