11. Every infringement of the provisions of this Act not otherwise provided for shall be punishable by a fine of not less than $20 nor more than $100 for each offence.

11. Every infringement of the provisions of this Act not otherwise provided for shall be punishable by a fine of not less than $20 nor more than $100 and costs, for each offence, and, failing payment of the fine and costs, by imprisonment for not more than two months.
