67. The Government may make regulations
(a)  (paragraphe repealed);
(b)  prescribing what property does not, to be validly transferred, require the issue of a disposal permit by the Minister;
(c)  generally prescribing the measures required for the application of this act.

(a)  prescribing the conditions that a corporation must fulfil to qualify as a private corporation;
(b)  prescribing what property does not, to be validly transferred, require the issue of a disposal permit by the Minister;
(c)  generally prescribing the measures required for the application of this act.

67. The Government may make regulations
(a)  prescribing the conditions that a corporation must fulfil to qualify as a private corporation;
(b)  discharging the Minister from the obligation of issuing a disposal permit with respect to certain property, and validating the transfer of such property;
(c)  generally prescribing the measures required for the application of this act.

67. The Gouvernement may make regulations prescribing the conditions that a corporation must fulfil to qualify as a private corporation and generally prescribing the measures required for the application of this act.
