58. (Repealed).

58. Notwithstanding section 56, where the beneficiary of the property contemplated therein is the consort of the deceased person, every depositary, holder or debtor contemplated in paragraph b or c of the said section, without awaiting the delivery of the disposal permit mentioned therein, may remit the property, and the insurer contemplated in paragraph e of the said section, without awaiting the delivery of the said permit, may pay to that beneficiary the proceeds of the policy.
