95. Every person using the equipment prohibited in paragraph a of section 18 or the regulations is guilty of an offence and liable to a fine of not less than $500 nor more than $5,000 and, in the case of a second or subsequent conviction, to a fine of not less than $1,500 nor more than $7,500.

95. Every person using the equipment prohibited in paragraph a of section 18 or the regulations is guilty of an offence and liable to a fine of $100 to $300 and, in the case of a second or subsequent conviction, to a fine of $500 to $1,000.

95. Every person using may equipment prohibited in paragraph a of section 18 or the regulations is guilty of an offence and liable, in addition to payment of the costs, for a first offence to a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $300 or imprisonment for not more than three months, or both penalties together, and, for any subsequent offence within two years, to a fine of not less than $500 nor more than $1 000 or imprisonment for not more than six months.
