90. Where game populations permit, the Crees and the Inuit shall be guaranteed for all wildlife species in the Territory, levels of harvesting at least equal to the levels of fish and animals which normally could have been fished, hunted, trapped, captured or killed by the Crees and the Inuit during the year 1975 and the Naskapis shall be guaranteed for all wildlife species in the Northeastern Québec region levels of harvesting based upon the density and productivity of these species in that region and on the needs of the Naskapis.
