225. The tutor appointed by the father or mother of a minor or the father and mother, as the case may be, shall initiate the establishment of the tutorship council.
The father and mother may, at their option, call a meeting of relatives, persons connected by marriage or a civil union, or friends or make an application to the court for the establishment of a tutorship council composed of only one person designated by the court.
