2.2. The Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food shall refuse to authorize the formation of a club where the memorandum of the club contains a corporate name not in conformity with any of paragraphs 1 to 6 of section 1.1 of the Agricultural Societies Act (chapter S-25).
