55. In addition to the reimbursement of expenses incurred, the Public Curator may require fees for representing persons, for administering property entrusted to the Public Curator, for supervising tutorships and for performing other duties assigned by law to the Public Curator. The fees are established by regulation.

55. In addition to the reimbursement of expenses incurred, the Public Curator may require fees for representing persons, for administering property entrusted to the Public Curator, for supervising tutorships or curatorships and for performing other duties assigned by law to the Public Curator. However, the fees relating to property the administration of which terminates in the circumstances described in the second paragraph of section 40, and the nature and amount of the expenses that may be required in connection with such property, shall be established by government order on the recommendation of the Minister of Revenue and the Minister of Finance.

55. The Public Curator may require payment of the fees prescribed by regulation and the reimbursement of his expenses for the representation of persons, the administration of property entrusted to him, the supervision of tutorships and curatorships and the other functions assigned to him by the law.
