25. (Repealed).

25. The Minister may revoke the qualification certificate referred to in section 24 where
(1)  the Minister is of the opinion that the activities conducted by the corporation or partnership in the course of the business are no longer in compliance with the provisions or objectives of this Act, whether or not a contravention of the said provisions has occurred ; or
(2)  the corporation or partnership, knowingly or under circumstances amounting to gross negligence, has made a false statement or has omitted material information in an application for a qualification certificate or certificate filed under this chapter or in any other document filed for the purpose of obtaining such qualification certificate or certificate.
