17.3. The premises acquired or leased and the alterations carried out must conform to the plans approved.

17.3. The holder of a day care centre permit, nursery school permit or stop over centre permit shall, before making alterations to his premises, other than the alterations referred to in section 17.2, affecting any element governed by the arrangement or the layout, heating or lighting standards prescribed under subparagraph 2 of the first paragraph of section 73, submit to the bureau for approval the plans of the alterations, signed and sealed by an architect if they involve architectural changes.
The bureau, which is required to render its decision within 60 days of receipt of the plans, shall approve them if they are in conformity with the said standards.
The permit holder shall carry out the work in conformity with the plans approved by the bureau.
