32. The grant provided for in section 27 and the grant provided for in the second paragraph of section 28 are payable by the Office in the manner and at the time contemplated in section 22 for the payment of the contribution to the payment of interest provided for in the said section or, as the case may be, the application of the reduction in the rate of interest provided for in the said section, provided that the borrower has then satisfied the required conditions to obtain the payment of the amount of such a contribution or, as the case may be, the amount corresponding to such a reduction.
