44. Not later than 30 June each year, the Office must make, to the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, a report of its administration of this act for the preceding fiscal year. Such report must also contain all the information that may be prescribed by the Minister.
The Minister shall table such report in the National Assembly if he receives it during a session; if he receives it while the Assembly is not sitting or after an adjournment, he shall table it within thirty days of the next session or of resumption.
