2. The “Service du courtage immobilier du Québec” is hereby established in the Ministère de l’Habitation et de la Protection du consommateur.

2. An administrative body is established, in the Ministère des Institutions financières et Coopératives, called the “Service du courtage immobilier du Québec”; it shall consist of a Superintendent and such other functionaries and employees as are deemed necessary.
The Superintendent and such other functionaries and employees shall be appointed and remunerated in accordance with the Civil Service Act (chapter F-3.1).
