75. The Association must determine, by by-law subject to government approval,
(1)  the rules of professional ethics applicable to its members;
(2)  the fees to be charged for the issue, renewal or reinstatement of a certificate.
The Association may also determine, by resolution of the board of directors, an increase in the fees chargeable for the issue or renewal of a certificate, where such an increase is required to allow the Association to meet its responsibilities in matters of penal proceedings, professional inspection and discipline. The resolution is subject to approval by the Minister.
