151. The Minister may, by motion, apply to a judge of the Superior Court for an injunction in respect of any matter relating to this Act or a regulation thereunder.
A motion for injunction is a proceeding in itself.
The procedure provided for in the Code of Civil Procedure (chapter C-25) applies to such a proceeding, except that the Minister shall not be required to give security.

151. The enterprise registrar may, by motion, apply to a judge of the Superior Court for an injunction in respect of any matter relating to this Act or a regulation thereunder.
