63. The federation may pay interest on the shares issued by its member credit unions.

63. The amounts taken out of the surplus earnings of the federation and paid into its stabilization reserve may be allocated by the federation to the payment of interest on the capital shares issued by a credit union or on those issued by the federation to a member referred to in subparagraph 4 of the first paragraph of section 46.
