570. The order of the Authority must state the reasons on which the order is based. The Authority shall send the order to each director of the legal person concerned or, as the case may be, to each member of the board of supervision of the credit union or, as the case may be, of the board of ethics and professional conduct of the federation. The order shall become effective on the day it is served or on any later date indicated therein.
