497. The affairs of the fund are administered by a board of directors composed of seven members designated by the board of directors of the federation.
The person appointed to be in charge of inspections under section 387 shall attend the meetings of the board of directors as an observer.

497. The affairs of the fund are administered by a board of directors composed of
(1)  the persons holding the offices, within the federation, of president and director general, and the person in charge of inspection for the federation;
(2)  three persons appointed by the federation; and
(3)  the other persons appointed in accordance with the by-laws of the founding federation.

(1)  the persons holding the offices, within the federation, of president and director general, and the person in charge of inspection for the federation, unless the latter is also responsible for the federation’s audits;
(2)  three persons appointed by the federation; and
(3)  the other persons appointed in accordance with the by-laws of the founding federation.
The person responsible for the federation’s audit may not be a member of the board of directors.
