465. The Authority may, where the Authority considers it advisable, give written instructions to a credit union that is not a member of a federation as to the adequacy and nature of its liquid assets.
Before exercising the power set out in the first paragraph, the Authority shall notify the credit union and give it an opportunity to present observations.
