314. A notice under section 313 must be given to the federation and the Authority.
A board member who in good faith gives such notice shall not thereby incur any civil liability.

314. Every member of a board who resigns for reasons relating to the conduct of the affairs of the federation shall declare the reasons in writing to the federation, sending a copy of the declaration to the Authority,
(1)  where the member has grounds to believe that such course of action is in contravention of a provision of this Act, a government regulation thereunder, a standard established under this Act, a provision of any other Act or an order or written instruction of the Authority;
(2)  where the member has grounds to believe that such course of action may have an adverse effect on the financial position of the federation.
A board member who in good faith makes such a declaration shall not thereby incur any civil liability.
