309. The members of the board of directors, except the president of the federation, are elected or appointed from among the members of the general meeting, unless they are elected in accordance with the by-laws of the federation.

309. The members of the board of directors or the board of ethics and professional conduct are elected or appointed from among the persons determined in a by-law of the federation. If there is no such by-law, the members of a board, except the president of the federation, are elected or appointed from among members of the general meeting.
