131.2. Within 10 days after a complaint is registered in the complaints register, the financial services cooperative must send the complainant a notice stating the complaint registration date and the complainant’s right to have the complaint record examined under section 131.3.

131.2. Every financial services cooperative shall, on any date determined by the Authority, submit to the latter a report to that date concerning the policy it has established pursuant to section 131.1.
The report shall mention, in particular, the number and nature of the complaints filed.
