101. The powers and duties of the officers shall be determined in a by-law of the financial services cooperative. The officers of a cooperative must, in exercising their functions, act within the limits of the powers conferred on them.
The officers must comply with this Act, the regulations made under this Act by the Government, the articles and by-laws of the financial services cooperative, and the rules of ethics and professional conduct, standards, orders and written instructions issued under this Act, and where the cooperative is a credit union, the by-laws of the federation.
