273. The price of a common share in a home economics cooperative must be fixed by by-law. The price may vary from $2 to $10.

273. The cost of a share of a home economics cooperative and of a cooperative whose articles provide that the members are recruited mainly from among students may be less than $10. No such cooperative may, however, assign a value of less than $2 to its shares.
In the case of a home economics cooperative, the general manager or manager may be designated under the name of coordinator.
