265. The articles of continuance shall contain the provisions mentioned in paragraphs 1 and 3 of section 9, section 10 and paragraph 5.2 of section 262.

265. The articles of continuance shall contain the provisions contemplated in paragraphs 1 to 4 of section 9 and in section 10.
The articles shall be accompanied with the documents contemplated in section 252 and the plan of continuance, except the by-laws of the cooperative resulting from the continuance.
