225.1. The cooperative must be a party to a written agreement among the shareholders of the business corporation. This agreement must provide for the presence of at least one representative of the cooperative on the business corporation’s board of directors.

In the case of a cooperative referred to in section 225, the proportion of transactions effected with its members is equal to the proportion that the total remuneration paid to the workers of the enterprise that are members of the cooperative is of the total remuneration paid by the enterprise.
