197. Every agricultural cooperative that elects to be governed by this division must indicate that election in its articles.

197. Every agricultural cooperative that elects to be governed by this chapter must indicate that election in its articles.
1982, c. 26, s. 197; 1995, c. 67, s. 121.
197. An agricultural cooperative is not required to indicate in its articles the territory or group in or from which it may recruit its members.
It must, however, indicate that it is an agricultural cooperative if it elects to be governed by this chapter.
