13. (End of effect: 1 September 1986).

13. A municipality other than a county municipality or regional county municipality may establish a real estate reserve to promote housing construction.
The municipality may, for the purposes of the reserve, use any immoveable owned by it or acquire any immoveable it considers appropriate.
