29. At the written request of a majority of the board members in office, the chair shall call an extraordinary board meeting.

29. The chair of the board of directors shall preside at board meetings and see to the proper operation of the board.
The chair shall also see to the proper operation of the board committees.

29. Subject to the provisions of a collective agreement, the Conservatoire shall determine, by by-law, the standards and scales of remuneration, employee benefits and other conditions of employment of the members of its staff in accordance with the conditions defined by the Government.

Not in force
29. The Conservatoire shall determine, by by-law, the conditions of employment, classification and remuneration of the members of its staff who are not members of a certified association within the meaning of the Labour Code (chapter C-27).
Such by-law shall be submitted to the Government for approval.
