28. The members of the board of directors other than the president and chief executive officer receive no remuneration except in the cases, on the conditions and to the extent that may be determined by the Government. However, they are entitled to the reimbursement of expenses incurred in the exercise of their functions, on the conditions and to the extent determined by the Government.

28. The members of the staff of the Conservatoire shall be appointed according to the staffing plan established by the Conservatoire.
