77. Whoever aids or abets another person to infringe this act or the regulations, or participates therein, is a party to that offence and is liable to the same penalties as the person who commits the infringement.

77. Whoever purchases or sells big game the sale of which is prohibited by regulation is guilty of an offence and liable, in addition to the payment of the costs, for a first offence to a fine of $300 to $500 or to imprisonment for not more than three months, or to both penalties together, and for any subsequent offence within two years to a fine of $500 to $1500 or to imprisonment for not more than six months.
