63. The lessee shall send to the Minister an annual report of his operations, in accordance with the form, content and method determined by regulation of the Government.

63. Not later than the 1st of January each year, the lessee shall send to the Minister a statement of the species, number and weight of the animals and fish captured or caught in the territory covered by the lease during the preceding year.
