31. No person shall hunt big game by means of a trap or with the assistance of a projector or dog.
Every person or group of persons is presumed to have hunted contrary to this section if found in possession
(a)  by night, of a projector and a firearm, bow or cross-bow in a place where big game is habitually found;
(b)  of a snare, pitfall or trap designed to catch big game in a place where it is habitually found.

31. No person shall hunt big game by means of a trap or with the assistance of a projector or dog.
Any person or group of persons found in possession of a firearm and a projector at night in a place where big game is habitually found shall be presumed to have hunted contrary to this section.
