28. No person may have in his possession an animal or any part of an animal which has been hunted contrary to the provisions of this act or the regulations.
No person shall be convicted of an infringement of this section if he proves to the satisfaction of the court that he had reasonable grounds to believe that the animal found in his possession was killed in accordance with the provisions of this act and the regulations.
