25. No person may,

(a)  in or on a vehicle or aircraft, have in his possession, keep or transport a loaded firearm;

(b)  in or on a vehicle or aircraft, have in his possession, or transport an unloaded firearm, unless it is placed in a closed case or kept in the trunk of a vehicle;

(c)  fire a shot from a vehicle or aircraft.

This section shall not apply to any person who by reason of his employment or duties is authorized by law to be in possession of a firearm or to transport such an arm.

25. No person shall:

(a)  be in possession of firearm while he is in a vehicle at night, unless such firearm is kept in the trunk of the vehicle or, if there is no trunk, is placed in a closed case;

(b)  have in his possession or transport a loaded firearm in a vehicle or an aircraft;

(c)  fire a shot from a vehicle or aircraft.

This section shall not apply to any person who by reason of his employment or duties is authorized by law to be in possession of a firearm or to transport such an arm.
