188. Within three months after 6 June 1984, a lessee of exclusive trapping rights must, in respect of buildings belonging to him on the land forming the object of the lease, and having a real value greater than that determined by regulation, cause his occupation to be legalized with the Ministère des Ressources naturelles or the Ministère de l’Environnement et de la Faune and, in the latter case, section 95 of this Act applies.

188.
