128.13. Where the holder of an authorization fails to comply with the conditions attached to the authorization, the Minister may suspend or revoke the authorization or confiscate the security furnished by the holder and use it to repair the damage caused to the wildlife habitat.

Where the holder of an authorization fails to comply with the conditions attached to the authorization, the Société, or the Minister in the cases referred to in sections 128.8 and 128.9, may suspend or revoke the authorization or confiscate the security furnished by the holder and use it to repair the damage caused to the wildlife habitat.
