121. With regard to a wildlife sanctuary, the Government may, by regulation,
(1)  authorize or prohibit a recreational, hunting or fishing activity, on the conditions it determines;
(1.1)  set the maximum number and categories of persons that may hunt, fish or carry on a recreational activity in a sector of the territory, on the conditions it determines;
(2)  set the fees or maximum fees payable to carry on a recreational, hunting or fishing activity, to register in a draw or to travel about the territory;
(3)  authorize or prohibit the use of vehicles for recreational purposes, on the conditions it determines;
(4)  authorize or prohibit the carrying, possession or transport of hunting or fishing gear, on the conditions it determines;
(5)  authorize or prohibit the presence of a dog or other domestic animal, on the conditions it determines;
(6)  divide the territory into sectors for the purposes of the standards prescribed under this section, which may vary according to the sector; and
(7)  allow the Société or any body that is party to a contract referred to in section 118 or 120 to exercise all or some of the regulatory powers provided for in subparagraphs 1 to 3 and subparagraphs 5 and 6, on the conditions it determines.
The fees payable that may be set under this section may vary according to the category of persons or class of licence, a person’s age, the activity being carried on, the wildlife species being hunted or fished, the length of stay, the sector or place where the recreational, hunting or fishing activity is carried on, and the period or date of the activity.

(5)  authorize or prohibit the presence of a dog or other domestic animal, on the conditions it determines;
(6)  divide the territory into sectors for the purposes of the standards prescribed under this section, which may vary according to the sector; and
(7)  allow the Société or any body that is party to a contract referred to in section 118 or 120 to exercise all or some of the regulatory powers provided for in subparagraphs 1 to 3 and subparagraphs 5 and 6, on the conditions it determines.
The fees payable that may be set under this section may vary according to the category of persons or class of licence, a person’s age, the activity being carried on, the wildlife species being hunted or fished, the length of stay, the sector or place where the recreational, hunting or fishing activity is carried on, and the period or date of the activity.

(1)  determine the conditions on which hunting, fishing or trapping activities are permitted and fix the amount of the fees exigible for the carrying on of such activities or prohibit them according to the category of persons or licences concerned, the age of the persons, the activity carried on, the species of wildlife sought, the length of the stay, the place where the hunting, fishing or trapping activity is carried on or the period during which or the date on which the activity is carried on;
(2)  determine the conditions governing the carrying, possession or transportation of hunting, fishing or trapping implements, or prohibit them;
(3)  determine the categories of persons who are required to pay a fee to travel about the territory and the fee exigible for that purpose according to the category of persons or according to the age of the persons;
(4)  determine the conditions that must be complied with by a person who, for recreational or trapping purposes, enters, stays in or travels about a wildlife sanctuary or engages there in any activity, or prohibit such activities;
(5)  determine the conditions governing the use for recreational purposes of vehicles, boats or motor-boats or aircraft, or prohibit their use;
(6)  determine the types of engines permitted for boats or prohibit certain types thereof;
(7)  determine the conditions on which the presence of a domestic animal or dog is permitted, or prohibit its presence;
(8)  determine the conditions governing the use of the land and the standards and conditions governing the erection and location of buildings to be observed by the holder of a licence for trapping in a wildlife sanctuary, the period during which they may be used and the manner in which the licence holder must dispose of them at the expiry of his licence.
