72. Whoever
(1)  carries on an activity or does something without having obtained the authorization required under this Act or the regulations, or
(2)  provides false or misleading information for the purposes of this Act and the regulations,
commits an offence and is liable to a fine of $5,000 to $500,000 in the case of a natural person and to a fine of $15,000 to $3,000,000 in any other case.

72. Whoever
(1)  carries on an activity or does something without having obtained the authorization required under this Act or the regulations, or
(2)  knowingly makes a false or misleading declaration in order to obtain an authorization required under this Act or the regulations,
commits an offence and is liable to a fine of $5,000 to $500,000 in the case of a natural person and to a fine of $15,000 to $3,000,000 in any other case.

72. Every person who hinders the work of a person authorized to exercise powers under this Act, makes a false or misleading statement to such a person or refuses to provide information or a document that the person is entitled to obtain under this Act is guilty of an offence and is liable to a fine of not less than $250 nor more than $2,000.
