16. The Minister shall publish the definitive plan of a natural setting designated under section 13 in the Gazette officielle du Québec.

A copy of the plan must be sent

(1)  to the ministers and government bodies concerned, in particular to the minister responsible for natural resources for entry on the land use plan prepared under section 21 of the Act respecting the lands in the domain of the State (chapter T-8.1) and in the registers of rights kept by that minister;

(2)  to the Aboriginal communities concerned;

(3)  to the municipalities whose territories are within a designated natural setting so that it may be taken into account in the exercise of their powers; and

(4)  if all or part of the natural setting is situated on private lands, to their owner and to the Land Registry Office for registration in the land register.

In the case referred to in subparagraph 4 of the second paragraph, registration of the plan in the land register allows the designation to be set up against third persons and is binding on all subsequent acquirers of the lands concerned.

(2)  to the Minister of Natural Resources and Wildlife for entry on the land use plan prepared in accordance with section 21 of the Act respecting the lands in the domain of the State (chapter T‐8.1) and in the registers of rights kept by that minister;

(3)  to the regional and local municipal authorities whose territory is affected by the plan, so that the plan may be taken into account in the exercise of their powers; and
