8. The members of the board of directors other than the president and chief executive officer receive no remuneration, except in the cases, on the conditions and to the extent that the Government may determine. They are entitled, however, to the reimbursement of expenses incurred in the performance of their duties, on the conditions and to the extent determined by the Government.
