27. The Minister of Families, Seniors and the Status of Women is responsible for the administration of this Act.
The functions and responsibilities of the Minister of Families, Seniors and the Status of Women provided for in this Act are assigned to the Minister of Families. Order in Council 685-2010 dated 18 August 2010, (2010) 142 G.O. 2 (French), 3753.
27. The Minister of Child and Family Welfare is responsible for the administration of this Act.
The Minister of Families, Seniors and the Status of Women exercises the functions of the Minister of Child and Family Welfare provided for in this Act. Order in Council 742-2005 dated 17 August 2005, (2005) 137 G.O. 2 (French), 5056.
27. The Minister of Relations with the Citizens and Immigration is responsible for the administration of this Act.
27. The Government shall designate the Minister responsible for the administration of this Act.
